DeskFlow Pro operates on a subscription-based model with different tiers to match your dealership's needs. Subscription management allows you to view plan details, update billing information, and upgrade or downgrade your service level.

Manager Access Required

Only users with Manager role can access subscription and billing information.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher-tier plan:

  1. Access Subscription Settings from the main navigation
  2. Compare Plans to understand feature differences
  3. Select New Plan that meets your needs
  4. Confirm Billing - Prorated charges apply immediately
  5. Enjoy Enhanced Features - New capabilities activate instantly

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
